How do I place an order?

Browse our collection, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes — you can modify or cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once the order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after placing your order.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), and netbanking. All payments are processed through Razorpay.

Is my payment information safe?

Absolutely. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant, meaning your payment data is handled with the highest security standards. Iridelle never stores your card details.

What if my payment fails?

If a payment fails or is deducted without order confirmation, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?

We ship pan-India — all states and union territories.

How long does delivery take?

Metro cities: 3–5 business days. Rest of India: 5–7 business days. Delivery timelines start after your order has been dispatched.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on orders above ₹999. For orders below that, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 applies.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. You can use it to follow your shipment in real time.

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently. We only ship within India at this time.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept return, replacement, or refund requests only for genuine damaged, defective, or incorrect items. You must email [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos or video proof.

What items are non-returnable?

Change-of-mind requests, style or colour preferences, accidental orders after dispatch, custom or personalised orders, worn or altered items, customer-caused damage, and sale or clearance items are non-returnable.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection approval and are credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay.

What are the bracelets made of?

Our bracelets are handcrafted using iridescent glass beads with angelic charm accents. Each piece is assembled by hand in Bengaluru.

Why does my bracelet look slightly different from the photo?

Each piece is handmade. Natural variations in colour and iridescence make every bracelet unique — that is part of what makes it special.

How do I care for my glass bracelet?

Avoid contact with water, perfume, and chemicals. Store your bracelet in the pouch provided. Handle with care — glass is delicate. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth only.
