1. Our Promise
At Iridelle, every bracelet is a small piece of wearable magic crafted with intention and care. We inspect each order before it is shipped. If you receive a genuinely damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will review it and make it right in accordance with this policy.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Iridelle accepts return, refund, or replacement requests only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
You must email us within 24 hours of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and clear proof of the issue. Delivery time is determined by the tracking confirmation provided by our shipping partner. Claims reported after 24 hours will not be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement, except where required by applicable law.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Change-of-mind requests
- Style, colour, size, or preference-based requests
- Accidental orders after dispatch
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or customer-caused damage
- Items without their original packaging and tags
- Sale or clearance items
4. Condition Requirements
To be eligible for an approved return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be returned in the original Iridelle packaging with all tags still attached.
We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your order. This serves as proof of the condition of the product at the time of delivery and can speed up the resolution process if any issue arises.
5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claim, send an email within 24 hours of delivery to [email protected] with the following details:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs or an unboxing video showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging and inner packaging
Our team will review your request and respond with return instructions within 2 business days.
6. Return Shipping
Approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items: Iridelle will cover the return shipping cost in full. We will either arrange a pickup or reimburse verified shipping charges.
If your claim is approved and we ask you to ship the item back, the product must be handed over to the courier within 5 calendar days of our return approval. Items shipped after this window may not be accepted.
7. Inspection & Quality Check
Once we receive your returned item, our artisan team will inspect it within 2 business days. We verify the product, issue evidence, packaging, and tags against our return criteria. You will receive an email notification once the inspection is complete, regardless of the outcome.
8. Refund Process & Timeline
If your claim is approved after inspection, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund to your original payment method via Razorpay, depending on the issue and stock availability. Please allow 7 to 10 business days after inspection approval for an approved refund to appear in your account. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
9. Replacements & Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for style, colour, size, or preference changes. Replacements are available only for approved damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claims and are subject to stock availability. Because each Iridelle piece is handmade in limited quantities, a refund or store credit may be offered if a replacement is not available.
10. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled free of charge at any time before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible.
11. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, broken, or defective item, it will be reviewed for return, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable law. Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with:
- Your order number
- Clear photographs showing the damage or defect, including packaging
- An unboxing video, if available
- A brief description of the issue
Defective-item claims reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund, except where required by applicable law. We will prioritize eligible claims and aim to resolve them within 3 business days.
12. Handmade Variations Disclaimer
“Each Iridelle piece is handcrafted. Minor variations in color, pattern, and iridescence are inherent to the artisan process and are not considered defects.”
These natural variations are part of what makes every piece unique. Returns based solely on such variations will not be accepted.
