1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Iridelle website ("Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

Your continued use of the Site following any updates to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. About Us

Iridelle is a handmade jewellery brand specialising in iridescent glass bracelets and angelic charms. The brand is operated by Iridelle Studio.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and competent to enter into a contract as defined under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to use this Site or place an order. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements. If you are under 18, you may browse the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

4. Account Registration & Security

To access certain features of the Site, you may be required to create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party.
• Immediately notify us at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Iridelle reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion if it suspects fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unauthorised activity.

5. Product Descriptions & Pricing

We make every effort to display product colours, dimensions, and details as accurately as possible. However, the appearance of products may vary slightly depending on your device screen and settings.

Each piece is handcrafted. Minor variations in colour, pattern, and iridescence are inherent to the handmade process and are not considered defects.

All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST). Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Iridelle products contain handcrafted glass elements. Glass is inherently delicate. Iridelle is not liable for breakage resulting from drops, impacts, or mishandling during normal use.

6. Orders & Payment

When you place an order on the Site, it constitutes an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs only when the product is dispatched from our studio.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure of payment verification.

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, credit cards, debit cards, and netbanking. Iridelle does not store your payment credentials. By making a payment, you represent that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Iridelle ships pan-India. Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are:

• Metro cities(Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 3–5 business days
• Rest of India:5–7 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, including courier delays, natural events, or public holidays. Once the shipment is handed over to the courier partner, risk of loss or damage passes to the carrier. You will receive tracking information via email upon dispatch.

8. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

Iridelle accepts return, replacement, or refund requests only for genuine damaged, defective, or incorrect items. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, style preference, colour preference, accidental orders after dispatch, or minor handmade variations.

Any damaged, defective, or incorrect-item claim must be emailed to [email protected] within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photographs or video evidence, and packaging photos. Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund, except where required by applicable law.

All approved claims are subject to inspection after we receive the item, where applicable. Please review our Refund & Return Policy for the full process and timelines.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, photographs, product images, logos, graphic designs, illustrations, icons, and software — is the exclusive property of Iridelle or its licensors and is protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable intellectual property laws of India.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from this Site without the prior written consent of Iridelle. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

10. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, photographs, comments, or any other content ("User Content") to the Site, you grant Iridelle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such User Content across our Site, social media channels, and marketing materials.

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User Content you submit, and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. Iridelle reserves the right to remove any User Content at its sole discretion without notice.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Site:

• Using the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable Indian laws.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the Site, its servers, or connected systems.
• Uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or any code designed to interfere with the Site's functionality.
• Scraping, crawling, or using automated means to extract content from the Site without written permission.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Submitting false, misleading, or defamatory reviews or content.
• Reselling or commercially exploiting products purchased from Iridelle without prior written authorisation.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may subject you to civil or criminal liability.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products offered through it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Iridelle disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Due to the handmade nature of our products, minor variations in colour, pattern, size, and iridescence are expected and do not constitute defects or grounds for warranty claims. Iridelle does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, Iridelle, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of or inability to use the Site or our products.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your data or transmissions.
• Any statements or conduct of any third party on the Site.
• Any other matter relating to the Site or our services.

In any event, Iridelle's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Iridelle, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your use of the Site; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any User Content you submit to the Site.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration clause below, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms.

16. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their validity, interpretation, breach, or termination, shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (as amended). The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator mutually appointed by the parties. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The language of the arbitration proceedings shall be English.

The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties. Each party shall bear its own costs, with the arbitrator's fees and venue costs shared equally unless the arbitrator decides otherwise.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

18. Changes to Terms

Iridelle reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

For material changes that significantly affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email.

19. Grievance Redressal

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, we have appointed a Grievance Officer to address your concerns:

The Grievance Officer shall acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and endeavour to resolve it within 30 days from the date of receipt, in compliance with applicable Indian law.
